We process your personal data based on our legitimate interest, your consent, the pre-contractual phase, the performance of an agreement, and legal obligations.
For example, creating a sales agreement requires your national registration number. For sending newsletters by email, we request your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting us.
The personal data retained depends on the relationship you have with us:
- If you are a Visitor: No personal data, except cookies depending on your browser settings.
- If you request free services: Data necessary to create a profile, save searches, provide a free valuation, contact form submissions, or newsletter subscriptions.
- If you are a Tenant Applicant: Data collected to assess your rental profile, such as your budget, family situation, etc.
- If you are a Buyer Applicant: Name, email, phone number, needs and preferences regarding the property sought, information about property visits and offers made.
- If you are an Owner: Data necessary for the execution of a rental mandate, such as property details, your identity, and contact information.
- If you are a Seller: Data necessary for the execution of a sales mandate, such as property details, your identity, and contact information.
Responsibilities as a seller: In case of termination of the contract without a sale, you will receive a list of potential buyers interested in your property, with the obligation to destroy this list after 6 months. You may not share or use this data for any purpose other than contacting another real estate agent. - If you are a Resident: Contact details necessary for the execution of the sales or rental mandate.
- If you are a Prospect: Identity, contact details, information about the property, and the context of the contact.
Data from third parties
Properties may be published on websites or real estate portals that, with your permission, transmit your contact details to us. We will then send you an email to confirm receipt of your information and to obtain your consent to receive messages about similar properties.
Data Sharing
- To provide and manage our services, including handling inquiries about real estate properties.
- To communicate with you, including sending newsletters and other marketing communications (with your consent).
- To improve our website and services by analyzing how you use them.
- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
Historical Data
For data collected before May 25, 2018 (entry into force of the GDPR), we retain it either based on consent or our legitimate interest, with the possibility for data subjects to object to its processing.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
